| 12:30 | Member Corbin McKinnon opens the round with bagpipes, followed by announcements and the shotgun start |
| 5:00 | Complimentary wine and appetizers; silent auction bidding continues |
| 5:45 | Men’s/Ladies’ Putt-Off for $2,500 |
| 6:00 | Dinner served (included in golfer fee; guests $25), followed by: |
| Golf Awards, Program, Live Auction, Sponsor Recognition, and Raffle Drawings – TV, three cash prizes, and spirits | |
| 7:45 | Silent Auction closes, followed by item pickup |
